Massage

One of our basic human instincts is to touch or want to be touched.  Our society today is making it harder for that instinct to occur, and somehow we have been re- programmed into thinking that to touch is not right or appropriate and therefore should be avoided.

Massage breaks down that re- programming and makes it a wonderful therapy which can be enjoyed at any age, male or female.  It can create a feeling of security and comfort and is much more enjoyable than popping a pill to ease aches and pains!
